Add ACL support in kclient. I suspect this just means wiring things up to the generic acl helper code (the actual acl is just an xattr). But look at NFS or any other network fs with acl support first to see how this is done.

Actually, don't look at NFS. :)
Btrfs is probably as good a model as any.

this just got simpler with the acl changes in 3.1. fs/btrfs/acl.c is a good model, although we can skip the ceph-specific acl CONFIG option and rely on the global option.
