Description

The 'ceph' package on https://download.ceph.com/debian-hammer/ is misisng the systemd init script.

I needed to copy the following files from a newer (ubuntu) release:
/root/ceph-hammer-xenial/usr/lib/ceph/ceph-osd-prestart.sh

/lib/systemd/system/ceph-disk@.service
/lib/systemd/system/ceph-mon.target
/lib/systemd/system/ceph-create-keys.service
/lib/systemd/system/ceph-mon@.service
/lib/systemd/system/ceph-osd@.service
/lib/systemd/system/ceph-mon.service
/lib/systemd/system/ceph-create-keys@.service
/lib/systemd/system/ceph.target
/lib/systemd/system/ceph-osd.target
