Description

There are only a few left:

chown/00.......FAILED tests 141, 145, 149, 153                               
        Failed 4/171 tests, 97.66% okay

These were tricky in the kclient. IIRC it's a no-op (chown to existing user) but the ctime still needs to update somehow. See kclient's setattr to see how we solved it there.
