Description

According to S3, <Rule> tag in LifecycleConfiguration is Required.

If using the following lifecycle.xml, should return error.
s3cmd setlifecycle lifecycle.xml s3://my_bucket1

cat lifecycle.xml
<LifecycleConfiguration xmlns="http://s3.amazonaws.com/doc/2006-03-01/&quot;>
</LifecycleConfiguration>
