The only 2 "[ERR]" cluster log messages are in the osd.1.log. What I know so far is that these messages should have included more [ERR] messages with the specific information about each error. So far I don't see how this could happen looking at current jewel (6a175f27961bd4f0fda8f94c200458f17865c9f9).

i took this afternoon looking at this issue. and i had the same finding as David's.

Are we doing something with the way we power cycle that can lose log lines? Or were these not the ends?
