The two recent runs yuriw-2016-06-20 are NOT the same as the original failure in the description which is a join hang.

Sam comment in duplicate bug: If we have to remove that task, then so be it, but it would be nicer to kill it after a timeout.

this is probably a dup of http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/13522 ... ceph-objectstore-tool is ususally what hangs when doing something for the thrasher
