Seeing this in multiple runs, e.g. http://qa-proxy.ceph.com/teuthology/teuthology-2016-03-13_17:10:11-upgrade:infernalis-infernalis-distro-basic-vps/57839/teuthology.log

We do. A notification went out on Saturday that the host went down.

Nothing in syslog or kern.log from the time the system hung until reboot.
I flashed the latest BIOS for the mainboard. Recommend checking java web console for clues if problems persist.
