Description
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/releases/tag/v10.0.4
points to https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/ea45099808051017fb05582555f126cba80567b8 which can't build because it needs https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/0f7730c8f444657d4aaffa28c12bbcd602a2e3b8 which removes the spurious v.

fixed debian/changelog 'v', and tagged v10.0.5

I don't understand how that fixes things ? If someone checkout the v10.0.4 tag, it still has the v in debian/changelog and debian packages can't be built. Am I missing something ?

It doesn't, but git isn't good about letting you change tags, so I tagged v10.0.5 with the fix instead.
