Description
gitbuilder_ceph_rpm unconditionally does "sudo('echo centos6 > dists')". We build rpms for other dists now. However, it seems as though this file has little effect on the scripts, just setting an env var DISTS to it, which appears not to be used for rpm builds. Probably both the sudo() and the env var should be cleaned up.
