Description

I suggest we add 117 (EUCLEAN) error to EIO and cause an immediate OSD crash based on filestore_fail_eio config variable (true by default).

Correction: It would be better to ignore filestore_fail_eio if we get this error, just crash.

There is a question of whether xfs should allow this error to get to user space. I think it is better for Ceph to know if there is a media error vs. unrecoverable filesystem corruption.
