Description
With the new code from wip-12000-12200 if you have enough shards readable to provide correct data to the client it is returned without error. As we've seen in testing (bug #12983) 2 shards were bad and so on k=2 m=1 EC pool we returned EIO. But had only one of them been in error we would have returned data to the client and the test would not have failed.
