Description

the tests at https://github.com/ceph/ceph-erasure-code-corpus have been audited by Zhou, Yuan and are good. Adding k=10, m=4 is an improvement. It should be done after v9.0.0 has been tagged, for clarity, because the v0.94 tag is in the hammer branch and not in the master branch.
