rados_sync: implement --delete

Description
Implement a --delete flag that will get rid of objects in the dest that aren't in the source.
Should be pretty simple; I just didn't implement it yet.
- Target version set to v0.29
- Translation missing: en.field_position set to 1
- Translation missing: en.field_position changed from 1 to 656
- Translation missing: en.field_story_points set to 1
- Translation missing: en.field_position deleted (

- Translation missing: en.field_story_points changed from 1 to 2
