Description

Pretty much the subject...

First we will want to go through and have ceph-qa-chef setup both. Also I will need to test with downburst that over-riding the cloud user works as expected on all the distros so the images don't have to be re-made.

by the way, OVH defaults to an "admin" user; I like that username enough to use it in the new test framework I'm using. Simple, and it's not "root"
