Description
When vstart_wrapper.sh calls vstart.sh it uses the empty variable $VSTART_ARGS instead of $CEPH_START and vstart.sh calls init-ceph stop on the current working directory because the list of daemons to start is not specified
It will kill daemons that does not belong to it or block forever if it fails to do so.
