There are no immediate plans to support Windows clients at this time. However, you may be able to emulate a Linux environment on a Windows host. For example, Cygwin may make it feasible to use librados in an emulated environment.

There are also new efforts going on all the time in the community like the upstream Samba patches, Ganesha plugin, or others. Check the mailing list for more information.
