HOWTO resolve issues that are Pending Backport » History » Revision 7

Issues in the state Pending Backport can be updated to Resolved as follows:
- visit the list of pending backports (for instance the hammer pending backports)
- for all issues that have a matching number of Copied to issues (there is one for each backport target) and backports targets and for which all Copied to issues are closed (i.e. they show as being overstruck), change the Status of the issue from Pending Backport to Resolved
