If you run ceph-release-notes on a commit range that includes one of the PRs whereby ceph-qa-suite was merged into the main ceph repo [1], repo, the script will parse all the (old) ceph-qa-suite PRs included in the merge PR. This pollutes the release notes generated by the script. [1] e.g. https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/12455
