The output of the region-map command is not showing the correct bucket quota after setting it. This is because the decode is missing. The fix on master was applied as part of the multisite work in jewel, which is too complicated to be backported on it's own. However, there are 2 simple commits that fix this issue that can be backported in isoloation:
