h3. Description
One of the cards of the new landing page (https://github.com/ceph/ceph/tree/feature-landing-page-revamp).
* Align the multiple charts properly. Now we have a temporary fix that it is not perfect.
* Add the metric Recovery throughtput - (WIP)
* Space the charts better, try to make them a little bigger - (WIP)
* Improve axes labels, openshift dashboard graphs as reference [img below for reference]
* Fix bug where prometheus is not fetching all the available data - (WIP)
* Display message when prometheus is not active
* Another good addition but costly to implement would be to create custom tooltips to overflow the graph content so the tooltip doesn't cut when there is not enough space
