Currently, we don't have any idea if the cephfs clone is in progress or is it stuck, how much clone is completed,
Logging this information at the cephcsi level helps users to check the progress of the clones. If it's failed,
we don't know the reason for the failure. Adding the failure reason to 'clone status' command really helps.
