The cephadm now has several meaningful labels like _admin, _no_schedule etc. From the dashboard side it doesn't make sense to show them along with the labels. The _no_schedule is an option rather than a label IMHO. label. That option removes the services from the host and deploys it on the next available host. Also in the case of adding a host with _no_schedule label, the services wont get deployed on that host. Thus the _no_schedule can be a setting/option rather than a label.
