The Dashboard does not display dates and times using the locale browser settings in various places. As a user i want to see times and dates in the format what i'm used too, i do not want to see them times and dates in US format when i'm located in germany. The dashboard should use locale settings wherever possible, e.g. the RBD trash list. The dates are coming in a RFC format that can be transformed easily to locale format. !screenshot.png!
