We're currently engaged in work to do lookup-by-ino when we get an ino we don't recognize. However, any old installs aren't going to have the metadata required for this system to work, and they are going to have AnchorTables that we need to be able to handle.
Get together with product and figure out if this needs to be an online conversion or if we can do it offline (my hunch is offline will be easier, but maybe not).
Design a migration path for those clusters.
