Now that it is possible to force a user to change the password after login (https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/32680) this feature should be available in the <pre>dashboard ac-user-create</pre> command.
This feature is required by cephadm (see https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/32680#issuecomment-590956648).
