Attached full mgr log and ceph.conf
This seems to be an issue on centOS7 (I can't reproduce it in my local env with a fresh build of master based on Tumbleweed).
When running vstart the job will just hang at:

Note: Job passes again based on https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/28981
Also this issue should be resolved after https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/28987 has been merged (tested locally by Alfonso on CentOS 7).
If necessary we could revert the workaround of PR 28891 after PR 28987 has been merged.
