Attached full mgr log and ceph.conf
This seems to be an issue on centOS7 (I can't reproduce it in my local env with a fresh build of master and based on Tumbleweed).
When running vstart the job will just hang at
"/keyring tell mgr dashboard ac-user-create admin admin administrator"
