--test-map-pg is shown, but not --test-map-object. In fact, there are a pile of options missing from usage: --dump-json --tree --create-from-conf --clobber --pgp_bits --test_crush --range_first --range_last and - vs. _ is inconsistent; usage shows 'test-map-pg' but the option parsed is actually test_map_pg (unlike many of all the other options)
