When the Mgr Dashboard backend goes down, the Manager Dashboard frontend starts emitting red error messages with the message "0 - Unknown Error", unknown error", which isn't very helpful. It would be nice if this error message could be replaced with something more meaningful, e.g. "Error connecting to the Dashboard backend service: <reason>", where <reason> could be some OS level error code like "Connection refused", "No route to host", "Host unknown". !Screenshot%20from%202018-09-26%2012-29-23.png!
