Description

In Calamari -> Manage -> Logs, the log tail date is always the 11th minute of the correct hour.

I suspect that the culprit is the following line in the UI manage/app/scripts/controllers/tools.js:

 42                             timestamp: moment(line[0] + ' ' + line[1]).format('l HH:MM:SS ZZ'),

MM is giving the month, not the minute.
