Description
This is happening when the journal expire_pos isn't at an object boundary. The expected start_ptr counter is being initialised to expire_pos while the actual data stream starts from the start of the oldest object.

PR up for next, probably also worth backporting to giant as without it journal-tool is pretty useless on filesystems that have been running for a while.
