Description

When we are having issues related to failed machines vps or bare metal, this information should be dug out from the teuthology.log or if a job failed/dead by expanding those jobs.

If machine name(s) available to teuthology, it'd be very helpful to add this information to the result view main table in order to simplify troubleshooting and analysis.
