Ian asked me to write this ticket.

There is a desire to enable storage of test run data from multiple organizations in paddles and pulpito. I'm unclear on the rationale. It would certainly not be an easy task though.

1. Authentication
2. Authorization
3. Storage of user preferences
4. Separation of job and node data between organizations
5. A UI for all of the above

The above is not necessarily an exhaustive list; it's what I could think of so far.
