Description

the mon id is incorrect for mon tests using the call_TEST_functions because it should be $1 and not $2

but they don't mind to use --public-addr as a mon id. Only when run in parallel does that become a problem.

Although it could be backported to giant and firefly, it does not create actual problems. Only some tests use the mon id "--public-addr" which is strange but ok and does not even confuse diagnostic.
