Description
In ceph.spec.in if (0{?rhel} || 0%{?rhel} < 7) see sources should be && instead, otherwise it always install https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/giant/udev/60-ceph-partuuid-workaround.rules even when it could use https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/giant/udev/95-ceph-osd.rules
This does not affect packages from EPEL because they already have a fix
