Description

Upgrade stress-split tests include a workunit that is dumpling specific. Further *-giant-x stress-split
tests may need to be aware of this.

I think we still having same issues:

RuntimeError: Spec did not match any workunits: 'rados/test-upgrade-giant.sh'

This problem has been fixed. Further issues with the giant stress-split upgrade test
are being addressed in 9609
