Description
ceph/qa/workunits/rados/test-upgrade-firefly.sh skips some tests on firefly runs. I assume that these same tests still need to be skipped on giant as well.

A copy of this workunit is needed on giant. I used test-upgrade-firefly.sh (there is not a version of that file on giant). I assume that there should be a giant version. I also assume that the tests that were specifically removed from test.sh still need to be removed.
If any of these assumptions are wrong, let me know.

This was just needed when upgrading from dumpling for tests that didn't work between dumpling and firefly. This script is on the dumpling branch, and we can keep using it for dumpling->giant upgrades too.
