Description

Probably in the upgrade suite ? Do something like

  • protect the test to only run on dedicated hardware to reduce the variance in the results
  • run ceph_erasure_code_benchmark with all plugins / parameters that are commonly used
  • store the results
  • upgrade
  • run ceph_erasure_code_benchmark with all plugins / parameters that are commonly used
  • compare
  • fail if the performance is degraded more than X% to account for the variance in running tests
