Aparrantly centos changed this behavior with 7.0. Maybe they did it to better diferentiate between packages built on rhel/vs centos. I added to the spec file so this gets over-ridden for centos 7 so we are using the existing scheme for all future ceph-release builds.

New package built and pushed out.
