Description
Teuthology could be used to set up a Calamari cluster. The task, once the cluster is set-up, could wait for user actions before exiting. (for example, after the User performs some manual gui related QA, the user could then issue some command to perform the teuthology cleanup operations)

Current status: code gets to web-page. calamari-ctl connect fails on ubuntu due to a salt minion problem that does not happen on manual tests.
