manually tested on trusty and rhel7 on ceph: master branch with the following config options,


1. ceph:
     conf:
        mon:
          mon_keyvaluedb: rocksdb
2. ceph:
     conf:
        osd:
           filestore_omap_backend: rocksdb 

3. ceph:
     conf:
       osd:
           osd_objectstore: keyvaluestore-dev
           keyvaluestore_backend: rocksdb

need to add the config options to existing test suites inorder for them to be added to the nightlies.
