Description

One of the nice things about the old lock server was that it had a UI to show which machines were locked by whom. Let's get something similar (and hopefully even better) into Pulpito.

What kind of information do we want to get out of this?

  1. Grouped by machine_type, a breakdown of locked_by values and counts for each
