teuthology-updatekeys doesnt seem to update the keys

Description

Trying to use teuthology-updatekeys to update keys for the reimaged machines: mira023 and mira042 but it doesnt seem to work.

suspect, this could be in some way related to the recent changes to teuthology.

Do you see an error message or something? What is indicating that it's not working?

well, every time i use updatekeys, the keys are not updated and remain the same.I expect the keys to change as this is a reimaged machine.
