Crush map is different for cluster setup using teuthology and ceph-deploy

Description

Crush map is different when cluster is deployed using ceph-deploy and teuthology.

The crush map created when cluster is formed using teuthology has all the osd's under localhost.
whereas when used ceph-deploy, osd are properly aligned w.r.t node ip.
