Description
While using teuthology for executing the yaml job files,
it always end up installing and uninstalling the ceph for each yaml file.
If we run suite of yaml files then execution time increases considerably due to installation and uninstallation of ceph for each yaml file execution.
It would be nice if we can have the control on installation and uinstallation of ceph.
