Description
Ive seen it take up to 8 minutes especially now that we are on cephfs but even then it was >45 seconds of CPU time which means even if I/O wasn't slowing it down at all (odds are it would) it would have still taken >45 seconds.
It looks like ResultsSerializer.job_info() that teuthology-kill does is getting a lot more info than what is needed (job pid) should probably use a simpler function to speed it up.
Zack or I could speed this up.
