not sure if this is typical or not. either we need a longer timeout or something went wrong.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
doubled the timeout in the qa suite, master, next and firefly branches.
i think what changed is all of the new EC tests, which involve more osds and are just slower (maybe valgrind + jerasure is exacerbating?)
