Added smoke-tests suite to include basic tests from all modules: rbd,rados,kcephfs,cephfs and rgw.

This suite can be used to perform smoke test inorder to ensure the basic features are working fine before a release within a short period of time.

Included it in cron job as well.

NOTE: while there was already a suite called 'smoke' existed, i created a new one 'smoke-tests' as I was not sure if anyone is using it and inorder to avoid stamping someone's feet.
