This was on one of my branches, but the change really shouldn't have been able to impact this. It sure looks to me like the test is failing because a command to osd.3 returned a 400.
osd.3 was created by the test, via "create/osd". It was never turned on.

I'm not sure how this test ever passes, actually...? Presumably I'm just confused about things.
