Description

Majority of test failed with error "Failed to fetch package version from http://gitbuilder.ceph.com/ceph-rpm-centos6-x86_64-basic/sha1/XXX"

Actually that was a completely seperate issue with curl being to old of a version (it wasn't using our built one) which was causing the install to fail but it was no longer an issue with fetching packages.

I modified ceph-qa-chef to fix this in commit:
392c174162f76089293e741a34a26de86692bdbc

Should be able to run another test anytime. Please re-open if its still having an issue.
